The afternoon of the murder, CIA Director John McCone spent three hours at Kennedy’s home, which became a command post for evaluating information as it became available. Kennedy asked McCone, “Did you kill my brother?” (Robert) Kennedy said he asked the question “in a way that he couldn’t lie to me, and they hadn’t.”
Mainstream Media Maintains The Lee Harvey Oswald Narrative
Almost everything we know about the assassination of John F. Kennedy has been planted in our minds over years of mainstream media (MSM) programming. Virtually every theory advanced has been either conjured up or promoted by those who control the MSM. Therefore, just like all the false leads which were published during November of 1963, much of this ‘official’ information is highly suspect.
However, as far as the much more expansive JFK assassination coverup is concerned, many of those accused parties had either a direct or indirect hand. No matter what the degree of participation, a conspiracy of silence is always the most deafening. And always the most successful over the long term.
JFK was a few years before my time with the WCG, but at least to the public they appeared to support the government and MSM view. Besides not making waves by questioning the Warren Report, the portrayal of Oswald fit neatly with the WCG view of humanity. As for JFK’s death, there was a view that a Catholic president could delay the forthcoming invasion by the Holy Roman Empire.
In Mark Armstrong’s “Prophetic Accuracy” book (revised/corrected at least once) he quotes a GTA Plain Truth article about the Cuban Missile Crisis. Briefly, if Kennedy understood (their view of) Bible prophecy, he should have invaded Cuba, as the Pentagon wanted.
Of course Mark fails to note that in the same article GTA pushes the booklet “1975 in Prophecy”, which he claims will tell what will happen. And in the next article, Dr Hoeh warns that China will invade India…
I recall that day all too well. There was a solemn announcement over the P.A. system, and then some piped in news broadcasts. Some of the girls in the class were crying. The Civics teacher was in the hall assuring everyone that the Constitution insured an orderly transition in which Lyndon Johnson would be sworn in as president and commander in chief of the military, so we did not need to fear the Russians. When I got home, my mom had been watching the TV, and tearfully told us of the point of view Jackie must have suffered through. And, of course at sabbath services that week, the event was described as one more sign of the end times, with probably many worse events to follow before the return of Christ.
But, where did you get that horrible picture of the president apparently in the morgue? That is the first time I’ve ever seen it.
